This session is part of the larger PETRONAS International
Assignees Programme which is organised periodically for
potential country managers within the PETRONAS Group.
RSOG facilitated a session relating to Corporate Diplomacy and
Negotiation which comprised of a case study session and an
experience sharing session.

Kita Kan Keluarga EQ@work

In the spirit of Keluarga Malaysia, RSOG and the Ministry of
Women, Family and Community Development (KPWKM)
collaborated to organise a virtual leadership programme
entitled “Kita Kan Keluarga: EQ@Work”. More than 30 emerging
leaders from various divisions and agencies under the purview
of KPWKM interacted with RSOG’s Guest Faciliator, Puan Rina
Sarif.
