        Leading through Turbulent Times is a collaboration between the
        Razak School of Government with Cambridge Judge Business
        School, UK.  The programme was designed with a focus on how
        managers can lead employees in times of crisis such as during
        the COVID-19 pandemic, or rapidly changing business contexts.
        The ability to tap the full potential of employees and placing
        their respective strengths in strategic contributing areas of an
        organisation, require leadership and people management skills
        that stretch beyond ordinary managerial competences.

        The Cambridge Negotiations Lab  is an open programme
        designed  by  the  Cambridge  Judge  Business  School,  UK  as
        experiential learning environment for one simple reason:
        the  ability  to  negotiate  better  by  “practicing  and  doing  it”.
        Negotiations have always been a complex blend of competing
        business objectives, multiple agendas and interpersonal
        dynamics.  A nuanced skill  at any  time, this  is made  more
        challenging in a world which becomes increasingly dependent
        on remote working. Originally developed as a face-to-face
        programme, this Live Online programme has been designed
        to reflect the realities of negotiations in a remote-working
        environment. The hands-on workshop, allowed for participants
        to gain practical experience of different negotiation styles and
        techniques through live experience and role-play sessions.
