Leadership Talk: Resilient Leadership

RSOG has partnered with Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara
(INTAN) and the Civil Service College Singapore (CSCS) in
delivering an experience sharing session entitled Resilient
Leadership. The virtual session is in conjunction with the 14th
Senior Executive Development Programme involving emerging
leaders from the Malaysian and Singaporean public service. The
Managing Director of Khazanah Nasional Berhad, YBhg. Datuk
Shahril Ridza Ridzuan, spent time with the participants on the
topic of Resilient Leadership.

PETRONAS Board of Excellence Programme

Challenges are inherent in most relationships including with
stakeholders. To objectives-oriented entity like corporations,
stakeholder’s management is high in the pecking order and
receive close attention by the board of directors. In that light,
a dedicated virtual learning session entitled “Effective Strategy
for Stakeholder Management” is designed for the Board of
Directors of PETRONAS and delivered by RSOG guest speakers
namely Tun Arshad Ayub and Tan Sri Abdul Wahid Omar. This
session is part of the larger PETRONAS Board of Excellence
Programme.
