CUSTOMISED PROGRAMME
Leading into the Future
In Collaboration with Date Participants
Prime Minister’s Department 8 September 2021 50 (Grade 48 to 54)
RSOG collaborated with Human Resources Division of the Prime
Minister’s Department for the second time this year. The virtual
leadership programme on Leading Into The Future is meant for
emerging leaders from various divisions and agencies under
the purview of the department. The programme focussed on
leadership trends for the future and emotional intelligence.
The Art of Leadership
In Collaboration with Date Participants
Department of Islamic Development Malaysia 20 October 2021 30 (Grade 52 to JUSA C)
The Art of Leadership programme in collaboration with
the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM)
comprised of a group interaction session and an experience
sharing session. Participants also took the opportunity to
interact with identified speakers on contemporary leadership
related topics. Case study discussion session and experience
sharing, and interaction session are the two main components
of this programme.
