CUSTOMISED PROGRAMME

Leading at the Peak

In Collaboration with Date Participants
National Population and Family Development Board August – September 2021 7 (Grade 48 to 54)

Lembaga Penduduk dan Pembangunan Keluarga Negara
(LPPKN) collaborated with RSOG to prepare their potential
talents to bring the institution to the next level. The leadership
programme “Leading at The Peak” was designed for the selected
seven senior leaders in the board. The programme is effectively
a blended learning experience comprising of psychometric
assessment and debrief, webinars, self-learning, and coaching
and mentoring. Leading at The Peak which is spread over a two-
month period is facilitated and led by experienced practitioners.

Leadership Programme

Institut Pendidikan Guru Malaysia (IPGM), August – September 2021 29 (Grade 52)
Ministry of Education

This leadership programme targeted for Deputy Directors
of Institut Pendidikan Guru Malaysia nationwide campuses
is anchored around three competencies namely, Scenario
Planning, Design Thinking, and Managing Creative Thinking &
Innovation. The programme also requires assessment of the
participants based on the application of knowledge learned
during the programme.
