Leadership Presence and Strategic Business Storytelling
with British Council Malaysia focuses on the interpersonal
communication as well as the importance of being a
mindful listener to stay focused and present. The power of
communications is emphasised during times of crises and is
needed in addressing the key messaging within an organisation
and personalising the varying messages for various target
audiences. The programme facilitates participants in addressing
the ever changing needs and demands of an agile environment
which exists both at the workplace (and in daily interactions
life).

SPECIAL PROGRAMME

Advanced Leadership Excellence (ALEX) Programme – The Leader in

You & Leadership Presence

22 - 25 November 2021 16 (Grade 54)

Public Service Department (JPA) through its Special Unit for
High Potential and SME (SUPREME) Unit, Service Division,
collaborated with RSOG to design, develop and deliver an
Advanced Leadership Excellence (ALEX) programme for
selected officers at Grade 54 from various ministries and
agencies. The programme was aimed at exposing participants
to contemporary leadership approaches to help prepare them
towards their career advancement. The programme included
facilitation-led training, group discussions and interactive
experience sharing sessions on the topic of “The Leader in You”
and “Leadership Presence”.
