The Art of Leadership
In Collaboration with Date Participants
Majlis Amanah Rakyat 10 – 11 November 2021 30 (Grade 54)
The broader objective of this programme is to expose the senior
leaders at Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) to contemporary
leadership approaches in order to prepare them for their future
advancement. Case study discussion and experience sharing
session are the two main components of this programme.
Expressing with Confidence
In Collaboration with Date Participants
Ministry of Finance 22 November 2021 23 (Grade 48 to 52)
RSOG virtual leadership programme on Expressing with
Confidence with Ministry of Finance involved a series of activities
that exposed them to various techniques that can potentially
enhance their confidence such as asking the right question and
seeking feedback.
