        New Age Leadership – A Follow Up

        What is next?” – is more common feedback offered by
        participants at the end of a training programme. To respond to
        that, the Public Service Department of Sabah (JPAN Sabah) and
        RSOG held a follow up programme for the New Age Leadership
        programme alumni. Apart from their career progression, it was
        heartening to learn that many action learning projects (mainly
        people-focused) mooted by the alumni during the programme
        have been implemented in the state.

















        EXECUTIVE EDUCATION PROGRAMME


        For the year 2021, RSOG’s executive education comprised of Senior Leadership Programme and Advanced Leadership
        Programme for selected senior government officers. A total of six  leadership programmes  were held involving 69
        participants. RSOG continuously strives to provide quality executive education programmes for future leaders in the
        Public Sector to drive and support a progressive and developed nation.

        Professional Women of Substance

          Corporate Heart International                November 2021                   3 (Grade JUSA A and B)


        Professional Women of Substance was organised in
        collaboration  with the Corporate Heart International.  This
        programme was designed for women to trail blaze careers for
        themselves and empower those following their lead. Throughout
        the programme, participants  explored the Gender Dynamics
        Intelligence© narrative, the behaviour map as well as delved
        into the new conjoined territory mapping method for REAL
        SYNERGY workplace collaboration, in embedding the best
        leadership practices for decision making, communications, and
        collaboration between men and women.
