Leadership Masterclass for Researchers
In Collaboration with Date Participants
Parlimen Malaysia 6 April 2021 19 (Grade 48 to 52)
Good research is generally valid, reliable, and representative.
Achieving it is becoming an increasingly challenging task in this
diverse and fast-paced era. RSOG in collaboration with Parlimen
Malaysia organised the Leadership Masterclass for Researchers
meant to expose research-related officers to contemporary
trends relating to leadership and prepare them for their
way forward. A combination of a case study (cognitive) and
experience sharing (interpersonal) session was led by prominent
practitioners and former public sector leaders.
The Art of Leadership

Jabatan Kemajuan Syariah Malaysia 7 - 8 April 2021 15 (Grade 48 to 52)
RSOG collaborated with Jabatan Kemajuan Syariah Malaysia
on The Art of Leadership programme which aims to expose the
emerging professional and management group to contemporary
trends relating to leadership. This two day programme also
provides the opportunity of learning, specifically in developing
skills and strategies for leading self and leading others in
changing environment.
