Human Touch in Digital Age

Meiji University

Human Touch In Digital Age is designed and developed
exclusively for administrative officers at various district and
resident offices in Sarawak. The programme is effectively a
blended virtual learning experience comprising of psychometric
assessment with debrief, executive education relating to local
government administration, dialogues, action learning project,
self-learning, and mentoring and coaching with prominent
public and private sector leaders in Malaysia.

Project-X 2021

Ministry of Plantation Industries and Commodities March – July 2021 23 (Grade 41 to 52)

Project-X”, a collaboration between RSOG and the Ministry
of Plantation Industries and Commodities (MPIC) continued
into the second year with higher expectations. The relevant
leadership related workshops and mentor coaching sessions for
the participants has been part of the programme which aims to
assist participants to identify, develop, justify, and communicate
their ideas more effectively. Analytical and communication
skills are the main components of this programme.
