CUSTOMISED PROGRAMME
Leadership Presence
In Collaboration with Date Participants
Prime Minister’s Department 24 – 25 March 2021 21 (Grade 48 to 54)
Enthusiasm, pride, and gratitude were felt at the Leadership
Presence programme, a collaboration between RSOG and the
Human Resources Division of the Prime Minister’s Department.
This programme is designed to provide fresh and contemporary
outlook of how leaders can best communicate and enhance
their skills to becoming an accomplished communicator with
clarity in thought, confidence to communicate and influencing
with purpose for young officers at JPM. Apart from the series of
activities, the participants took the opportunity to interact with
leaders from both the public and private sector.
K-Residency Tea Talk
In Collaboration with Date Participants
Khazanah Nasional Berhad 1 April 2021 50
RSOG and Khazanah Nasional Berhad jointly organised a tea
talk covering areas such as Agile Leadership, Talent, and Culture
Transformation. YBhg. Tan Sri Wan Zulkiflee Wan Ariffin, a
member of the Board of Trustees of RSOG shared his story on
“High Performance Teams” at the programme.
