2021 IN REVIEW: ACTIVITY REPORT

CUSTOMISED PROGRAMME

In 2021, the RSOG Customised programmes designed and developed were delivered by internal and external speakers
from among experienced subject matter experts and practitioners. The programmes mainly comprised of experience
sharing sessions, executive talks, group discussions and mentor-coaching sessions. Since our first programme in 2017,
we have conducted more than 50 programmes which catered to more than 20 clients from various government
ministries, agencies and GLCs.

Corporate Diplomacy & Negotiation

PETRONAS Leadership Centre 26 January 2021 25

PETRONAS Leadership Centre led a virtual learning programme
for the potential country heads within the PETRONAS group.
The programme is aimed at equipping the participants with the
relevant knowledge to lead effectively at the international stage.
RSOG is facilitated a session relating to Corporate Diplomacy
and Negotiation which comprise of a case study session and an
experience sharing session led by YBhg. Tan Sri Mohd Khairul
Adib Abdul Rahman and Dr. Raymond Madden.

Kerajaan 101

Khazanah Nasional Berhad 4 February 2021 31

RSOG designed an exclusive customised learning programme
called Kerajaan 101 for the KHAZANAH Nasional Berhad
which aims to gain a wholesome view on the structures of
the Government of Malaysia including the parliament, create
awareness on the dynamics of Malaysia’s Political Economy as
well as to understand the broad social etiquettes and protocol
in Malaysia.
