Holding public office provides an advantage to Ministry of Education (MOE)
make a difference in society. It also comes with huge
responsibilities. Although the expectations are always Date No. of Participants
high, it is not necessarily matched with the resources at 12 November 32
hand. Public officers must be able to critically identify 2020
issues, zoom into the actual causes, and suggest
suitable interventions to the administration. Such clarity
helps to enhance confidence and ensure efficient
utilisation of resources. In short, that is the nuance
of the virtual leadership development programme
“Leadership Presence”, a collaboration between RSOG
and the Ministry of Education (MOE) for senior officers
        from various shared services.
