Becoming A Strategic Leader
Organisation

The Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources (KETSA) Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources
underwent numerous changes such as structure,
purview, and approaches over the years. Often, these Date No. of Participants
changes are based on the need to ensure the interest 4 - 6 August 22
of people and the country is always upheld. At present, 2020
KETSA is responsible for a myriad of crucial matters
that potentially shape sustainability and humanity. In
that light, KETSA and RSOG collaborated in organising
a programme “Becoming a strategic leader” for
emerging officers from the ministry and relevant
agencies. The participants underwent a series of
activities and interactions related to thinking (clarity),
expressing (confidence), and influencing (purpose).

Kerajaan 101
Organisation
Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) senior Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS)
officers from the group, responsible for governmental
affairs underwent a one-day customised leadership Date No. of Participants
programme “Kerajaan 101”. Through interactive 9 July 2020 26
activities, the officers gained a wholesome
understanding on how government functions and the
intricacies of the structure. They were also exposed to
the political and economic considerations that is often
observed in governing.
