Leadership Presence
Organisation
The very purpose of one’s existence, be it in life or at work Hospital Putrajaya
is to do good to oneself and others. Such purpose is
heightened in an organisation like a hospital. How often Date No. of Participants
is such a noble purpose misunderstood and overlooked 5 - 6 February
by others? The lack of clarity, poor communication, and 2020 30
lack of influencing skills could likely prevent one from
achieving such a purpose. This programme aimed to
strengthen the said areas and ensure one’s leadership
presence is felt. The participants, mainly heads of units
and departments, went through a series of activities
and interactions relating to clarity, confidence, and
influence.

called “Apa Ada Pada Nama: Branding 101”. The
highlight of the programme was the Group Exercise
where participants produced 10 videos depicting the
imaginary “Department of New Normal”. It posed a huge

a shift from routine, cross-functional teamwork, clarity,
and confidence in communication, also a fundamental
change in attitude and mindset.
